Local UnityPoint hospitals include UnityPoint Finley in Dubuque, IA, or UnityPoint Meriter, in Madison, WI. No, if you already have a MyUnity Point account with a Unity Point Hospital you will be able to access the same features as they relate to Grant Regional Health Center. If I already have MyUnityPoint account with a Unity Point Hospital, do I need to create a new account? However, you still have to go through the set up process for the new MyUnityPoint. Yes, as long as your username and password meet the minimum security requirements, there is no reason why you can't have the same username and password. Can I use the same username and password for my new M圜hart? Our only affiliation with Unity Point Health, is that they are our electronic health record vendor used for the M圜hart® Epic® patient portal system as of February 20, 2022. Grant Regional Health Center is not owned by UnityPoint Health. Is Grant Regional Health Center owned or affiliated with Unity Point Health? Simply put, this change is a long term effort to improve patient experiences and outcomes. This may lead to temporary delays as our staff becomes more familiar with differences in the new system, but ultimately will lead to greater features and support for patient records management. This applies not only to M圜hart, but also to the patient records system we work with in-person at our facilities. As of February 20, 2022, Grant Regional Health Center's electronic patient records system vendor is through UnityPoint Health. ![]()
